The one thing i hate about smite is, that it reminds me of Maple Story. How you can fame people up or down. I use to want to trade with people but if they had negative fame, even by one, i didn't want to do it.
If someone here has more smite the karma, either someone sucks in there opinion, [which would make me question why someone wouldn't like what I do. I'm VERY swayed by views of others towards me. I can feel depressed by something that small.]
And people might get viewed different. Like say I give one smite to Alister, while I put a applaud on Nova. Now if someone new comes to FS and needs help and only two people are online, and having no back story on them besides there profile information, but they don't know Thaaaaat much on how to use FS. Who will they click? If they see the Karma rating on one then on the other, I would ask Nova, he seems like a more knowledgeable person, just off the fact of that someone disliked Alister instead of him.
Im saying No. just to be clear.

Beta wolf in Rogue Wolf pack I've realized I haven't been on a lot, and its sad when I find that others actually want to talk to me. v,v I feel like I've kept moving on, and jumped from one place to another, hopefully I can find time for those who have stuck with me the entire time.

If people are going to take a little forum feature that seriously I think they might have a different problem.

There's only one way to find out if it'll cause problems or not. :3
Sure, what the hell. *changes vote*
Same here, I was Indifferent, but I think if if we give it a shot, it could be fun. it's not a bad feature' if only given the chance : )

I'll let this go until the end of next week, then make a decision from there. Bit too close for me to call it one way or another just yet, and there's only been fifteen voters.

You know, I think some of the resident personalities at FS are more likely to scare newcomers off than a Karma feature.

I dunno, I think it would be a little interesting. It's really nothing to be taken seriously. Besides, if we wanted a popularity contest, we'd just hand everyone weapons and shout "FREE FOR ALL!" :D
~runs in with bat, and looks around~ I'm ready! Let go! ~growls menacingly..~ But in all honesty, why not give it a test run? then after a month or two, take another vote and see. :) It all depends on how it's ran and stuff. But I think it should be for people with like.... 500 or more posts or something.

I voted no, becase i really dont think we need something as stupid as a contest for popularity... i allready hate people that cant talk about nothing else then what artists they have meet and how many of them they talk with... its stupid, way to retarded to get pulled into the fandom, plz leave it outside the door, with religion bashing and fashion

Ok!
Due to popular vote, I will now add in the karma system for a one-month trial period ending 15 September. Please forward any concerns or issues to the FS staff.
