I figure this would be appropriate in either Talk About Everything or Community Support, so I'll just put it here and the mods can change it if they see fit.

I hope this topic doesn't seem redundant.  This isn't meant to be a copy of the randomness thread where the objective is to post totally unrelated nonsense, or the "how are you feeling" thread where it's expected to just say "happy," "sad," or "hyper" and possibly give a brief statement why.  Sometimes, I have various things on my mind I'd like to make mention of but don't feel it's worth making a whole new topic for.  I rather intend this to be a comfortable little corner where you can share some of what you've been thinking about recently or happens to be swimming around in your head right now.  It could be deeper reflections or something you've been wondering about.  The more detail the better, really.  I'd love to hear some of what's been on the minds of others around here, and I hope it sparks some interesting discussions.  I'll start.

I feel like a child at heart who is still trying to gradually ease into adulthood... whatever that concept actually means.  I'm not going to try to judge whether I've been doing a good job, because contrary to what seemingly stands as popular belief, life is not a job.  A free soul is his own boss who should determine his own future and recognize that he can do anything.  I'm not going to succumb to anyone else's apathy or despair, and am never going to turn my back on anything or anyone I value and love.  With each new day that dawns, life has just begun.

I feel like my mind is split into many different people, some emotions, some states of mine, each deciding what I do until the one that rules most often takes back over. I think this means I should focus on what I want; and use all aspects of my personality, and all resources I have, to strive at reaching that goal.

*reads wiki Multiple personality disorder page* Too many of those symptoms describe me. (huddles in corner) c_unsure2

I just put in an order for my first blatantly furry thing... that I can display in the open... a werewolf calender. Kinda wondering how it would be received if I ever have my friends over. No one here knows I'm a furry, but could probably guess with all the other wolf things I own.

I feel like a child at heart who is still trying to gradually ease into adulthood...

I'm this many! *holds up 5 fingers* My real age is 5 of those... the only time I act close to that is when I need to, like at work, but even there when I can, I let my childish ways show through.... Life isn't a job. It doesn't always have to be serious. If it were, I wouldn't see a point to life if you can't be happy about something... even if its being thoroughly entertained by a balloon.
