So Legion doesn't threaten to ass-rape me for taking up so much space with my 800-topics, I'm making like Blaze and doing one central art thread. To start off, I made a suprise for our Lynx. ^_^ He's so handsome. :P  |

When you go to "Layer adjustments" (or something like that), that menu with the drop-shadow, inner-shadow, etc. will show up. Put on the "outer glow" and then select the color, distribution, size, opacity, etc. :lol:
